This note explains what we collect when you order or write to us, and what happens to it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we ask for your name, phone number, city, address and payment choice (cash on delivery or FIB), together with the bottles in your bag.
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message.
How we use it
We use these details to confirm your order with you, arrange delivery and answer your messages.
The site has no advertising or tracking tools.
Who receives it
Your order is saved on our website's server so we can process it, and a notification with the order details is emailed to our shop through the email service Resend.
When you confirm an order, WhatsApp opens with your order details. Sending that message shares them with us through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. Messages from the contact form are sent the same way.
On your device
Your bag, your language choice and the details you type at checkout are kept in your browser so they are not lost while you shop. Checkout details are cleared once your order is placed.
